Picking Dashboard - Web App

Overview

We are in the process of developing a dashboard for the Pick&Pack solution that will enable supervisors and delivery managers to effectively oversee and manage picking jobs. This dashboard is being built entirely from scratch, as no existing dashboard is currently in place to fulfill this purpose.

Empathize – Understanding the Users

1. Engaged with stakeholders, supervisors, and delivery managers to identify pain points and challenges in managing picking jobs.

2. Conducted creative workshops to gather insights and understand their workflows, frustrations, and needs.

Framing the problem - 5Ws Framework

Used the 5Ws framework to clearly define the problem: the lack of a centralized dashboard for managing picking jobs.

Ideation & Conceptualization

Led creative workshops involving stakeholders, Product Manager, Technical Leads to brainstorm features that address the identified needs. Mapped out several user journey scenarios to visualize how users would interact with the proposed features, fostering a collaborative environment.

Based on the insights gathered from these sessions, we reached the following conclusions. The workshop was organized as an interactive online session using FigJam. It brought together participants from multiple countries idea sharing across diverse teams.

Design Execution

1. Created early high-fidelity wireframes of the dashboard based on insights from ideation.

2. Mapped out scenarios to visualize how users would interact with different features.
